The JPK Project

Non-profit Website Design

I was commissioned to redesign the website for local Eastbourne based, non-profit organisation The JPK Project.

The website redesign was required to capitalise on the development of their fabulous new centre, providing opportunities for people with learning difficulties, as well as promoting the new Palm Court Tea Room & Bakery, offering work experience and training for adults with learning disabilities in East Sussex.

Charity Website Development

The website development provided the JPK with the ability to create and promote news and events, show their success stories and team information. Keeping the design clean and simple makes it easy to use, and provides simple solutions for making donations.

I was commissioned to create an engaging property development brochure design for The Parklane Group, for a new 35 home property development in St Leonard’s on Sea, East Sussex.

Along with the brochure design, the development required a unique identity design, I designed the Rossetti Gardens logo initially and then progressed to the complimentary brochure design.

The marketing literature design consisted of a 4 page folded brochure with 5 loose inserts featuring the home details for the 5 home styles, plus an overall site plan insert and a final insert listing all the fixtures and fittings included in the price.

This property brochure design  I created to assist in the sale of a large acreage of land, including the planning and designs for a substantial Georgian inspired 7 bedroom residence, with games room, swimming pool, private cinema and top floor gymnasium.

The property brochure design features silver foil blocking to the front over a matt laminated cover.

The large format of the 20-page brochure (260mm square), adds to the impressiveness of the development and gives the feel of a coffee table book.

Inside the brochure predominantly features large CGIs of the proposed development with supportive descriptive text and stylised redrawn architectural plans.
