ECEX Ventilation

ECEX Ventilation Wordpress Web Design

I designed this new website for ECEX engineering contractors. The ventilation services site focuses on their AHU and Ventilation division.

The website carries some of the original concept of the dated current site, with a modern refresh, with bold use of colour and clear direction to the main content.

Using a bespoke WordPress design, the site has both the standard blog plus a custom case study section, both increasing the active marketing of ECEX’s services.

Working together with Jello PR I was asked to redevelop Viva Training Academy’s existing site.

The client operates a gas training centre in Halifax, Yorkshire, delivering courses for heating installers and engineers. I developed a bespoke WordPress website, with custom sections for the training courses, plus a section for customisable landing pages to work in tandem with their PPC campaigns.

The website has been split into training sectors, separated by the use of bold colours, with a custom navigation system that reveals itself on scroll, and clearly defines the courses under each section.

Along with the blog section which is used heavily to drive traffic organically to the site, the web design has prominent and clear calls to action throughout.

I’ve been working with Smythe and Barrie, an East Sussex based electrical retailer over the past decade. I was asked to carry out another overhaul of their website. The website design was to initially promote their business, but, also to aid in driving traffic to their new Euronics powered online shop.

The new website design provides a clean stylish layout, offering information on the main areas of business, with prominent links to the relative sections in their online commerce store.

The site is a custom-designed WordPress site, giving Smythe & Barrie the ability to post new product information and promotions, sharing across social media, and offering direct links to the product on their shop.

Having decided to rebrand their business, I was asked to develop a new corporate brand and to design a new website for Complete Financial based in Surrey.

The main purpose of the website was to convey their Chartered Planners status, present the company as a professional but family-led firm, and act as an online brochure for their financial services to prospective new clients.

I was approached to design and develop a showcase website for a relatively new dental practice setting up in Bexhill.

The object of the site is to promote their dental services, to potential local customers.

The site has a simple, easy-to-use navigation system, a wealth of information about the practice and the services provided.

Clear and prominent calls to action encourage the user to contact the practice.

Having worked with Becky Barrett Management on her talent agency website since 2013, I have recently revised the website structure and content focus to celebrate her client’s successes.

The original website was a listing of her clients represented for television, film and theatre work, the decision was taken to shift the focus onto the success of her clients on stage, screen and radio, including the ability to add videos.

The new bespoke website also includes an informative blog, where Becky offers tips and advice on performing arts, with podcasts and video interviews.

I was commissioned to create a new website for Rhubarbchairs in East Sussex. Rhubarbchairs design and create beautifully upcycled statement furniture and lovingly restored classics.

The bespoke website design features spectacular photography which perfectly showcases their high-end statement furniture. The custom WordPress development includes stripe.com integration allowing users to purchase the one-off pieces with ease.

The design is kept simple allowing the beauty of the products to take prominence, using a non-intrusive navigation system.

Non-profit Website Design

I was commissioned to redesign the website for local Eastbourne based, non-profit organisation The JPK Project.

The website redesign was required to capitalise on the development of their fabulous new centre, providing opportunities for people with learning difficulties, as well as promoting the new Palm Court Tea Room & Bakery, offering work experience and training for adults with learning disabilities in East Sussex.

Charity Website Development

The website development provided the JPK with the ability to create and promote news and events, show their success stories and team information. Keeping the design clean and simple makes it easy to use, and provides simple solutions for making donations.
